Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During high-volume seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:


USPS First Class: 3–5 business days


USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days


UPS Ground: 3–7 business days

Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays or severe weather.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50_

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, including P.O. Boxes.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Certain items (e.g., herbal teas, syrups, or liquids) may have shipping restrictions depending on your location.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order has not shipped yet, email us immediately to update the address.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly.

We are happy to assist you in filing a claim.


Shipping Label Issues & Returns to Sender


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you are responsible for reshipment costs.

We will contact you if this occurs.
