All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement:

1. Email us at thompsonhollowapothecary@gmail.com within 48 hours


2. Include your order number


3. Provide clear photos of:

The damaged item

The packaging

The shipping label

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Damage Claims

Damage claims submitted after the 48-hour window cannot be honored, as we must submit claims to the carrier promptly.
